LivRelief Review - Sorry, you have to see my pasty legs and knees

So, y’all, in about two months, I’ll turn 36.  Although it seems like I *just* turned 30, my body in the last year or so has given me plenty of reminders that I’m no longer in my early twenties.  Namely, my back and knees: years of stomping on the diving board have left my knees with a constant crackle to them.  And my back, ugh, my lower back continuously reminds me that my four-and-a-half year old son is growing up, and getting FAR too big for me to pick up.  **sigh**

All of this to say, I’ve been treating my knees and my back for a few years now with OTC products, mostly ones that start off feeling really cold, then emitting warmth, as well as with good ol’ fashioned warm and cold compresses.  The OTC treatments were just …meh…  I’ve never done well with menthol-based products, as I seem to have a mild reaction to its scent, and application requires very careful hand washing, as the scent lingers on your fingers.  (And for the love of sweet tea, have you ever accidentally gotten that stuff in your eyes?!)  The warm and cold compresses offered relief for a few minutes, but only while the compresses stayed cold and warm.

So when I was offered the opportunity to try out LivRelief for my old achy knees and back, I was eager to try something new!  First, I liked the scent, or lackthereof, it offers.  It doesn’t have the aforementioned menthol odor, nor does it come with the strong “tingly” sensation other topical pain relievers have.  Instead, LivRelief addresses and blocks five pain pathways.  It’s truly been a -ahem- breath of fresh air using LivRelief this last week.  My knees ache less after application, all without the “old people” menthol-ey smell.  I’ve found a cold compress along with the LivRelief offered maximum pain relief; however, the LivRelief along worked just find by itself.LivRelief Review - info 300x250 Ad

  1. I know about this knee pain you speak of….turning, um, older isn’t helping!

  2. I turned 30 this year and I’m already feeling it in my joints. I’ll have to check this out.

  3. The tingle means it’s working… right?! ANd YES, i’ve gotten it near my eyes. That’s a big no-go!
