Comfort Zone Heating and Air

When my husband and I decided we couldn’t endure another hot Atlanta summer, we called quite a few companies to get quotes to improve our heating and air system. I’ll spare you the details, but basically, we were looking to cool our two-story home, plus the basement, which we were in the early stages of finishing. The previous owners had put in a system that was a code-nightmare. In fact, just about every company we had out wanted to take pictures of the unit, so their co-workers could see it for themselves! (Yeah, it was that bad.)

We had some very reputable, well-known companies come out, and all four provided quite different solutions. But only Comfort Zone suggested REPLACING the current unit, and doing so at a comparable price as the other guys. We ended up getting a new unit installed in the basement, for the first floor and the basement; and another new unit installed in the attic, to cool and heat the top floor.

Headed by Wayne, who came out initially to give us a quote, the crew sent out was quite professional, and worked very hard to install the units in two days time. Although we were without air for one night, it wasn’t unbearable -especially knowing it was temporary. When the work was complete, the crew cleaned up their mess, which was largely unavoidable when installing a unit in an attic blown with insulation. As a mother with a small toddler, this was huge. Further, they even came back to reposition a vent in the basement, the very same day we called them.

As a bonus to their low price for the job, they also offered a 12-month no-interest payment plan. As of today, we have fully paid it off. Oh, and we have a COOL house to boot – the proof is in the air!
